First, there is a correction to be made to the individual PDF files that were sent on April 14th. The paths indicated for the Profile Folders and Home Folders were incorrect. The original instructions omitted the actual share names in the path. The share name for the Profile Folders is ProfileFolders, while the share name for Home Folders is HomeFolders.
The correct format for the Profile Folder is: \\<server name>\<ProfileFolders>\<Community>\%username%
The correct format for the Home Folder is \\<server name>\<HomeFolders>\<Community>\%username%
As an example, for users/employees in Riverhead, whose folders are on DC02, the correct paths are:
Profile Folder: \\DC02\ProfileFolders\Riverhead\%username%
Home Folder: \\DC02\HomeFolders\Riverhead\%username%
